Awakenings unveils stacked programme of events for ADE 2026

Awakenings has announced its festival programme for Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2026, returning to the Dutch capital's SugarFactory venue with eight events taking place across five days.

Awakenings has announced its festival programme for Amsterdam Dance Event 2026, returning to the Dutch capital’s SugarFactory venue with eight events taking place across five days.

With the Gashouder currently closed for renovation, Awakenings made its debut at the former sugar refinery last year, and this year’s lineup features what the group describes as its ‘most diverse ADE programme to date’, with artists such as Ben Klock, Funk Assault, Jeff Mills, 999999999, Pegassi and Prospa, among those set to appear.

The programme opens on Wednesday 21 October with ADE Opening Night, featuring 999999999, Adrián Mills, FUMI x Serafina, Hujus and Novah.

Thursday sees the return of Adam Beyer’s Drumcode showcase, with Beyer joined by Enrico Sangiuliano b2b Ilario Alicante, Kevin de Vries b2b Konstantin Sibold, Kaufmann and Victor Ruiz.

Friday’s daytime event is dedicated to Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi, highlighting the Italian DJ’s house-influenced sound alongside performances from The Martinez Brothers, Cloonee, Simon Kidzoo and AAT.

Later that evening, Friday Sessions focuses on underground techno, with Ben Klock b2b Philippa Pacho, JakoJako b2b Rødhåd, Amoral b2b Lobster, Funk Assault and Varuna Agosti.

Saturday begins with Dutch electronic music pioneer Joris Voorn presenting A Trip To Galaxy, featuring Jeff Mills, Blasha & Allatt, Beste Hira b2b Grace Dahl and BIANKA. The night concludes with an extended all-night-long set from Adriatique, supported by Brina Knauss.

Sunday’s daytime programme, Sunday Sessions, showcases the next generation of artists DJ Gigola b2b Pegassi, Benwal b2b DJ Heartstring, Helena Lauwaert, CVNTS and Southstar.

The ADE programme closes on Sunday night with Prophecy by Prospa, marking the UK duo’s Awakenings debut alongside ISAbella b2b Traumer, Job de Jong and a special guest still to be announced.
