Carl Cox has given the remix treatment to the new single from HoneyLuv and Roland Clark, This Is My Life, which was released on Nothing Else Matters on 24 May.
For his remix, Cox dials up the drumwork and puts the bassy synthline front and centre, to create a big-room track that is certain to feature strongly in his sets this summer, including his forthcoming D8 In The Garden show in August.
Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, HoneyLuv was named a Future Star of 2023 on BBC Radio 1, as well as being touted as one to watch by the likes of Tomorrowland, Billboard and DJ Mag.
She has recently collaborated with the likes of Seth Troxler and Chris Lake, and performed at festivals and venues such as Coachella, EDC, Brooklyn Mirage, Ushuaia, The Beams, Space Miami and others.
HoneyLuv also remains steadfast in her commitment to championing diversity and inclusion within the electronic music community – through her own label and party series, she seeks to uplift and amplify the voices of women and queer BIPOC artists.
