Rioleval has released the second in the inFocus mix series from SoSure Music, a digital mixtape largely comprised of the UK-based artist’s own productions and remixes.
InFocus Vol 2 – A Mixtape by Rioleval features deep, soulful and energetic house music grooves, as well as two samplers featuring key tracks from the mix.
Rioleval has been gaining a following over the past few years for his blend of lofi, jazzy, soulful vibes, through tracks such as Reminisce Avenue and Improvise At Noon. As well as showcasing several of his own productions, InFocus Vol 2 also features a number of remixes, with Rioleval tweaking works by Danism + Train (Ndisole), Rucks (Lover), Groovyman (High So High) and Sofa King (Softest Touch).
The new mix also precedes a forthcoming debut artist album, which is due for release next year.
As a press release for the new release puts it, ‘With dance culture constantly changing its setting from the club to the bar, electronic lounge music is enjoying a renaissance. It’s that energetic but mellow house sound that sets the scene in many bars and restaurants where the vibes are the utmost importance.’
