Heading to Awakenings Spring Festival? Check out our essential techno playlist
It seems like only yesterday that the 909originals team decamped to the Netherlands for the annual Awakenings Spring Festival, and we can’t wait to do it all over again this coming 13 and 14 May at Spaarnwoude, near Amsterdam.
Across two days, some of the biggest names in techno will grace Awakenings‘ many stages and arenas, in what is always one of the electronic music highlights of the year. And this year’s lineup is certainly one to savour.
The Saturday lineup (13 May) features heavy hitters including Adriatique, Alignment, Amelie Lens, Anfisa Letyago, Archie Hamilton & Toman, Benny Rodrigues, Bjarki, Blawan, Cynthia Spiering, Daria Kolosova, Dana Montana, Darin Epsilon, DJ Rush, Dyed Soundorom & Traumer, Ellen Allien, Grace Dahl, Jesse Maas, Joris Voorn, Joyhauser, Juliet Fox, Kaiser & The Lady Machine, Kink, luna Ludmila, Manda Moor, Marcel Dettmann, MarrØn, Milion, Nastia, Nina Kraviz, Paula Temple, Planetary Assault Systems, RØDHÅD, Rod, SHDW & Obscure Shape, Stephanie Sykes & Tommy Four Seven and SNTS.
On the Sunday (14 May), meanwhile, revellers can enjoy artists including Abstract Division, Adam Beyer & Joseph Capriati, Adiel, Airod & Farrago, Anna, Anetha, Bastienne, Beau Didier & Isaiah, Brina Knauss, Chris Stussy, Clara Cuve, Cybersex, Cera Khin, Denis Sulta, Helena Hauff, Héctor Oaks,Indira Paganotto, Jakojako, JKS & Tigerhead, Kerri Chandler, Klangkuenstler, Kobosil & Clara Cuve, Kölsch & Kevin de Vries, Mind Against, Noneoftheabove, Patrice Bäumel, Patrick Mason, Raven, Rebekah, Reinier Zonneveld (Live), Speedy J, Stephan Bodzin (Live) and Thoms Traxx.
