Global Underground has announced the forthcoming release of THIRTY, an anniversary compilation to mark three decades of the legendary mix series.
The 30-track compilation, which features tracks from Guy J, Nicky Elisabeth, Yulia Niko, HotLap, Spencer Brown, Danny Howells, Nick Warren, Quivver and others, is due for release on 25 September. It will also feature a special collaboration between Nadia Ali and Frankey & Sandrino.
“Three decades ago, when I came up with the crazy idea of representing the true nature of global underground DJ culture by launching the GU label, I could never have imagined that we would have been fortunate enough to experience such a long and storied history that we have,” commented Andy Horsfield, Global Underground founder.
“With the release of our landmark anniversary THIRTY album I was determined to look forward not back, so we set about commissioning 30 brand new exclusive pieces of music from 30 of our favourite contemporary electronic artists.

THIRTY will be available in multiple formats, including a two-CD mixed edition, a three-disc coloured vinyl release, a five-vinyl Collector’s Edition featuring all 30 unmixed tracks plus bonus content, as well as digital download and streaming versions.
