Dam Swindle have announced plans for the 100th release on their Heist Recordings label, with the House of House compilation set to be unveiled on 8 May.
The 19-track compilation will feature both established and emerging names in house music, including Kerri Chandler, Two Soul Fusion (aka Louie Vega & Josh Milan), Folamour, Cinthie, DJ Sneak, Supershy (the alias of Tom Misch), Papa Nugs, Lolu Menayed, and more.
As a press release put it, ‘House of House reflects the ethos that has defined Heist since day one: a home for house heads who bring genuine soul to club music, whether they’re legendary originators or new-school up-and-comers. Heist’s one-hundredth release is more than just a number – it’s a testament to the community, creativity, and legacy built under the curatorial vision of Dam Swindle.’
Heist Recordings was founded in 2013 by Dam Swindle members Lars Dales and Maarten Smeets, and has released tracks by legendary artists such as Cinthie and DJ Sneak, as well as new talent such as Kassian and Makèz, over the years.
