Artists including 999999999, Bad Boombox, Fantasm, Hades, Lee Ann Roberts and Ornella have been named on the lineup for the Sound Waves Winter Edition festival, taking place in Lisbon on 8 February 2025.
Kicking off at 8pm and running until 6am, the festival will take place at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, and will feature both established and up and coming artists.
The event will mark the first appearance of Bad Boombox in Portugal, while Fantasm and 999999999 will serve up their distinct blends of industrial, hard and acid techno.

Sound Waves Winter Edition is just one of a series of events planned by the Sound Waves crew over the coming weeks and months – Sound Waves Xmas Edition will once again light up Porto on December 21st, featuring Azyr, Callush, Karah, and Ornella, while Sound Waves Invites makes its debut at NB Club Coimbra on 27 December.
Sound Waves Invites then takes over Hard Club in Porto on 3 March, while the group’s main techno event of next year will be the 20th anniversary of the Sound Waves Summer Edition on July 5 in Esmoriz.
