Nicole Moudaber and Ida Engberg have announced that they are teaming up for the first time on a new collaborative release, I Haven’t Felt This Way, which lands on Moudaber’s InTheMood imprint on 29 March.
The pair, who have both featured on many a festival lineup, but have yet to collaborate in the studio together, have come together to work on this track, which is described as boasting ‘a driving tech beat, with soaring pads and bright arpeggios alongside cavernous synths and sturdy drums’.
The remainder of this year is set to be a big one for Moudaber, as she marks 10 years of her InTheMood brand, which encompasses a label, weekly radio shows and parties around the world. Last week, she appeared at a special anniversary celebration for InTheMood as part of Miami Music Week, alongside Shimza, Testpilot and special guests.
Engberg, meanwhile, had a busy 2023, with her MYSTIK club night at Ibiza‘s Club Chinois hosting the likes of Dubfire, Enzo Siragusa, Marco Faraone, Sven Vath and Sasha. She also released the Tribute to Orange Clouds EP on InTheMood, which led to her current collaboration with Moudaber.
