Tinlicker announce details of third album, ‘Cold Enough For Snow’

Dutch production duo Tinlicker have announced details of their forthcoming third studio album, Cold Enough For Snow, which is set to be released on [PIAS] Électronique in February 2024.

The album, which is set to land on 16 February, has been preceded by the release of a single, This Life, featuring Editors’ Tom Smith, which has just been released and can be purchased/streamed here.

“It’s magical that when you grow older life can still be full of surprises, like receiving vocals from the singer of a band – Editors – we’ve been long-time fans of,” Tinlicker said of the new single.

“Signing with [PIAS] Électronique made it possibly to work together, and Tom Smith’s singing and writing instantly clicked with the song we wrote. Fitting enough ’This Life’ became our bright new single.

Other artists that Tinlicker are collaborating with on the album include Placebo’s Brian Molko, Boxer Rebellion’s singer/songwriter Nathan Nicholson, UK indie rock band Circa Waves and Julia Church.

To coincide with the release of the album, Tinlicker have announced a tour that will take in dates across Europe, kicking off with a gig in Poznan, Poland, at the end of February, and concluding with an appearance at Dublin’s Vicar Street on 28 March.

Among the other venues the pair are set to play are Troxy London, Marble Factory (Bristol), Mandela Hall (Belfast), Gashouder (Amsterdam), Elysee Montmartre (Paris), Magazzini Generali (Milan), Live Music Hall (Cologne) and Fabrik (Hamburg).
