John 00 Fleming has announced that his first full-length album for six years, The Lost Tribe, will be released on 10 April 2026, on his own JOOF Recordings imprint.

The 18-track album coincides with a significant milestone for Fleming, as he marks 40 years behind the decks.

“This album captures key moments and milestones from across my career, drawing inspiration from the highs, lows, and personal ambitions shaped by a constantly evolving music industry,” he commented.

According to a press release, the album is an ‘unapologetic, long-form dance album that challenges modern electronic music conventions, rejecting short-format, algorithm-driven production in favour of immersive compositions designed to unfold patiently and purposefully’.

Its title, The Lost Tribe, is a nod to the global community of artists and clubbers who feel disconnected from today’s quick-fix culture, where attention spans are short and musical journeys are often compressed into viral-ready moments.

The album also follows on from a difficult chapter in Fleming’s life, as he overcame cancer – a journey that profoundly altered his outlook on creativity, ambition and purpose. As such, themes of resilience, vulnerability and transformation run throughout the album.

Fleming rose to prominence as a teenager during the rise of the UK rave movement, and as well as producing countless dance tracks and playing at festivals such as Boom Festival, Tomorrowland, Electric Daisy Carnival, Ozora Festival and Creamfields, his work has extended into composition for film and television, including collaborations with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios.

John 00 Fleming – The Lost Tribe will be release on April 10, 2026 on JOOF Recordings.
