In tribute to Ennio Morricone, here’s a playlist of tracks that sample The Good, The Bad and The Ugly…

Italian maestro Ennio Morricone, who died this week at the age of 91, was one of the most influential composers of all time, having soundtracked more than 400 movies and television programmes over a six-decade career.
Along with as Once Upon A Time In America, The Mission, Django Unchained, The Untouchables, Cinema Paradiso, Days of Heaven, The Thing and many others, Morricone’s work on Sergio Leone’s The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, is arguably the most famous cinematic score of all time.
Similarly, the main title of the 1966 western is one of the most sampled of any theme tune, having provided the backdrop for countless cinematic and popular music compositions.
With that in mind, 909originals has rounded up close to two hours of tracks that sample the iconic theme, ranging from uptempo Japanese pop to bass-heavy hip hop… and all points in between.
