BLOND:ISH has announced details of her second studio album, Never Walk Alone, which is set to be released on Insomniac Records on 14 February 2025.

The announcement follows the recent release of singles Never Walk Alone and Different Way in recent months, which has now been followed up by a new single, Can’t Let You Go, featuring Zimbabwe singer and producer Bantu.

“Meeting Bantu was a super sweet random encounter,” BLOND:ISH says of the new single. “We went deep pretty quickly. I spoke to him about the intentions infused into this album. I wanted it to open up people into discovering they are their own best friend — and he immediately wanted to add his distinct flavour.”

According to an announcement about the new album, ‘In a world full of isolation and an ever-growing need to focus on mental health, Never Walk Alone is meant to serve as a friend in times of anxiety and loneliness. […]With Can’t Let You Go, BLOND:ISH explores the bittersweet tug-of-war between hello and goodbye with a loved one.’

In addition, BLOND:ISH is inviting fans to contribute to her new album by submitting photos of themselves with a best friend or loved one. These personal images will be artistically transformed into a mosaic, which will feature exclusively on the limited-edition vinyl packaging of the album. More details are available on her Instagram page.

BLOND:ISH is heading out on tour shortly, with dates across the world planned between November and next March, starting with a performance on November 30 in Mexico City, Mexico, and continuing through various global locations. Highlights include shows in Miami, Dubai, Colombia, and St. Barts, as well as New Year’s Eve celebrations in Brazil. The tour extends into early 2025 with stops in Cartagena, Tulum, and major festivals in South America such as Lollapalooza in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
