Dublin-based fans of UK garage won’t want to miss this – one of the scene’s founding fathers, MJ Cole is set to play The Racket Space at The Bernard Shaw on 30 November.
It’s his first Dublin appearance in more than ten years, with tickets starting at €15.
MJ Cole, aka Matt Coleman, is a Mercury-nominated producer, composer, and DJ who played a key role in shaping the UK garage sound. With a career spanning over two decades, he has evolving his style over the years while keeping the core of what made him known.
Known for blending soulful melodies with detailed rhythms, MJ Cole is perhaps best remembered for the track Sincere, originally released in 1998, which became a chart smash on its re-release two years later.
