Upclose 2026, taking place at Spaarnwoude-Park near Amsterdam on 16 and 17 May, is just around the corner, and to whet your appetite, 909originals has put together a nine-and-a-half hour playlist of the top artists playing this year’s festival.
The festival, from the team behind Awakenings, was created as a direct ode to club culture, with this year’s lineup not chasing the obvious – rather, it spotlights artists and obscure sounds that are helping to shape the techno and electronic music scene of today.
In addition, as in years past, you can expect some unique, first-of-their-kind back to back sets, from some of the underground’s most revered artists.
Among the artists featured at this year’s festival – and indeed on our 100-track playlist – are Ben UFO x Four Tet, Chris Liebing and Speedy J as Collabs 3000, Alarico x Ben Klock, Ignez x Rødhåd, and LSD featuring Luke Slater, Function and Steve Bicknell. As a press release put it, ‘Upclose offers a space dedicated to the progressive and uncompromising ends of techno. In 2026, that focus becomes even sharper, deepening the link between music, movement and the collective experience that defines the festival.’
