House music legend David Morales has teamed up with vocalist Randy Roberts on the new single Just Can’t Get Enough, set to be released on 10 January on DIRIDIM Records.
Described as an ‘upbeat, feel-good disco house groove, loaded with sumptuous strings, funky guitars, an irresistibly groovy bassline and foot stomping beats’, it’s the first single of the new year for the DJ and Grammy award-winning producer, as his DIRIDIM imprint now enters its seventh year of operation.
Founded in 2018, over the years DIRIDIM has released tracks from the likes of Róisín Murphy, DJ Meme, Blakkat, Danism & Train, Buranello, Timmy Regisford, Michel Cleis, Janice Robinson, Frankie Ferrara, James Deron and more, as well as Morales’ own house cuts.
Randy Roberts – the son of Rocky Roberts, a popular singer in the 1960s and 70s – commenced his vocal career in the early 90s, and has provided backing vocals for the likes of Phil Collins, Craig David, Gloria Gaynor and Amii Stewart, as well as collaborating with dance artists such as DJ Spen, Thommy Davis, Teddy Douglas and Spencer Morales.
Over the years, David Morales has remixed the likes of Mariah Carey, U2, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Madonna, and Whitney Houston, to name but a few.
David Morales feat. Randy Roberts’ Just Can’t Get Enough is set to be released on Bandcamp only, on 10 January 2025. More information is available here.
