German DJ and producer Gregor Tresher has announced the release of his first single on the [PIAS] Électronique label, Once In A Lifetime.
Released on 2 August, the single will be the first in a series of releases from Tresher on [PIAS] Électronique, [PIAS]’s electronic and dance-focused sub-label.
Commenting on the new release, the Frankfurt native said, “Once In A Lifetime connects the dots between my previous work and where I am now, musically speaking. It’s a sonic gateway between old and new that gives listeners a hint of what to expect.”
Tresher has previously released music through labels such as Cocoon, Turbo, Drumcode, OVUM, and SCI+TEC. He has also remixed tracks for artists like Depeche Mode and Moby.
Once In A Lifetime is described as a ‘warping, high-octane, and colourful’ track from the German producer.
In addition to the single, Tresher is collaborating with visual artist Tobias Rehberger. Rehberger will create exclusive artwork to accompany Tresher’s releases on the label.
The track is available for download and streaming via [PIAS] Électronique’s channels.
