Gucci Soundsystem teams up with DJ Funk and Basement Jaxx vocalist Vula on new single

Riton‘s Gucci Soundsystem project has landed on Hot Creations, with a new single, Fuck Me Right, featuring house legend DJ Funk and Basement Jaxx vocalist Vula.

Gucci Soundsystem, a project featuring Riton and former Fat Truckers artist Ben Rymer, was recently re-launched for recent single Let’s Stick Around, which also featured Jarvis Cocker.

“Henry (Riton) and I first met DJing around east London,” Rymer commented. “After running a basement club and putting out a few tracks together, we decided to get back on the Gucci Soundsystem horse.

“Now we’ve been able to collaborate with DJ Funk, who’s absolutely God tier, so it’s all going right off!”

The new single, a cheeky nod to Ralphi Rosario’s You Used to Hold Me, dropped on 25 March on Hot Creations – the first time Gucci Soundsystem have featured on the label –  featuring two tracks, a straight-up house A side and a ‘Dub Remix’ on the flip.

You can buy/stream the new single here.
