Italian-born, London-based artist Francesca Lombardo has unveiled her new single, Inside Out, on Echolette Records.
The release, which features the original mix, a dub version, and an acapella, was released on 19 September, and is structured around a deep, reverb-heavy bassline that references 1980s production aesthetics, paired with chords and layers of delay-soaked vocals.
Echolette Records, founded by Lombardo, has served as the platform for many of her projects – carving out a space for left-field electronica and underground house that blurs the lines between the dancefloor and more immersive listening.
