Let’s face it, few tracks have been reworked and remixed over the years more than Strings Of Life – with more ‘misses’ than ‘hits’, we would argue – so therefore its great to finally see an artist put a truly unique stamp on it.
Soul Central‘s Strings Of Life / Un Amore Supremo (Downtempo Mix) is a blissed-out, Balearic take on the Derrick May classic, which has just been released to cure those January blues.
The track was circulated among Ibiza‘s DJ community last summer – receiving airings at the likes of Pikes and Café Del Mar – and has also received airplay on BBC Radio 1.
