Apple Music has announced that Jeff Mills’ Live At Liquid Room is now available to stream exclusively on its platform, the first time that the iconic techno mix has been made available on a streaming service.
Recorded in 1995 in Tokyo, Live At Liquid Room has been described as a ‘defining document of techno’s evolution, capturing Jeff Mills’ uncompromising approach to DJing’.
As well as seminal Mills tracks such as The Bells, The Extremist, I9 and Step To Enchantment, the mix features tracks by Surgeon, DJ Funk, Robert Armani, Derrick May, Ken Ishii and other leading techno producers.
As well as being available on Apple Music, the mix will also be broadcast for free on Apple Music’s Club Radio at the start of 2026.
Jeff Mills is currently touring to mark 30 years of Live At Liquid Room, including a forthcoming date for Index x Subject in Dublin on 29 December. Tickets are sold out, but waitlist details can be found here.
