Kneecap have announced details of their largest headline show to date, set to take place at Crystal Palace Park in London on 27 June 2026.
The West Belfast and Derry hip hop trio will be joined by The Mary Wallopers, Fat Dog, Biig Piig, Gurriers and Madra Salach for the gig, which will mark Kneecap’s return to a city they have become all-too familiar with in recent months.
“Back to the belly of the beast for our biggest ever headline show,” Kneecap commented. “Our last wee venture into London was to beat the government in court…again. This time it’ll be even better: 25,000 sound heads in a park together. We’re delighted to have some of our best mates and best bands around to join us. This is one we can’t wait for.”
Kneecap have been on an upward trajectory for well over a year now – a ‘potent and revolutionary force, smashing bans, barricades, censorship, and the occasional bottle of Buckfast’, as a press release put it.
They recently released the single No Comment, featuring Sub Focus, which follows on from their breakthrough album Fine Art, released in 2024 and produced by Toddla T, and their BAFTA-winning feature film, Kneecap, starring Michael Fassbender.
Kneecap’s appearance at Crystal Palace Park is one of a series of gigs scheduled for the London venue next year, with Two Door Cinema Club, Snow Patrol and The Offspring among those also set to appear.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday 28 November via www.ticketmaster.co.uk, while a pre-sale is available at www.kneecap.ie.
