Charli xcx is set to be joined by Troye Sivan on stage at Primavera Sound Barcelona for the only European tour date on their ‘Charli xcx & Troye Sivan Present: SWEAT’ tour.
The British and Australian artists embarked on a sold-out joint tour of 22 dates in North America, and will bring the energy of the SWEAT tour on Thursday 5 June at the Parc del Fòrum.
During their recent tour dates, the pair received rave reviews for their innovative performance, incorporating novel lighting techniques into their high-energy setlist that transported fans into an underground nightclub, paired with an eye-catching industrial set design.
Both artists performed separately at Primavera Sound Barcelona in 2024.
The SWEAT show only serves to underline Primavera Sound Barcelona‘s status as one of the premier pop events of the year, with Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan also among the big names on the lineup.
Other artists announced include LCD Soundsystem, FKA twigs, HAIM, Jamie xx, Fontaines D.C., Beach House, IDLES, Clairo, Turnstile, Sturgill Simpson, ANOHNI and the Johnsons, Floating Points, Stereolab, Paul Kalkbrenner, Amelie Lens, Jamie XX, Sandwell District, Armand Van Helden, Joy Orbison, Kelly Lee Owens and DJ Koze.
