Nicole Moudaber has announced a collaboration with the London-based duo House of Molly on a new single, Slap Back, released via Diplo’s Higher Ground label.
Described as a ‘relentless, high-octane tech house banger that seduces the listener from the opening note’, the collaboration marks Moudaber’s debut release on Higher Ground. Moudaber has been active in the techno scene in recent years, with her InTheMood brand, which includes a label, radio show, and party concept, and this release adds to her extensive catalog.
House of Molly, formed by Mel and Holly, began with an idea in Ibiza and has evolved into a project celebrating themes of blackness, queerness, hedonism, and glamour. The duo’s approach to music and shared Nigerian heritage led to their collaboration with Moudaber.
