The Italian city of Naples is renowned for its techno, and for more than 15 years, Rino Cerrone’s Unrilis imprint has showcased the best that it has to offer.
To mark its 100th release, Unrilis have announced a compilation EP – Fingerprint – that serves as a reference point for the label’s sound and style over the years.
It’s set to be released on 23 December. For more information, click here.
The four-track EP features Roberto Capuano, with opening track Climax; Luigi Madonna, who serves up the banging Fake Mirror; Markantonio, who contributes the track Bangers; and Audiomatiques, now going by his given name Marco Conte, who closes out the EP with his track People.
As the press release to announce the release puts it, Unrilis has established a name for ‘pushing its rolling brand of techno from the Naples scene that has spawned the likes of Joseph Capriati, Luigi Madonna and Markantonio. Now closing out the year with their 100th release, they round up a world-renowned crew of artists.’
