Techno heavyweights Ben Sims (pictured) and Mark Broom have teamed up on a EP, Circular Motions, on Sims’ own Hardgroove imprint.
The five-track EP, released on 16 December, features two Mark Broom tracks, Nothing to Do and W.W.W.W.W.W.W.WORK, as well as three Sims cuts, Unity, Snapshot ‘99 and a dub version of Snapshot ‘99.
As you might imagine from its title, Snapshot ‘99 was a track that began life back in the 90s, before languishing on a DAT tape for two decades – ahead of it being revived and reworked by Sims earlier this year.
Broom has been busy on the collaboration front recently, with the recent EP, Love Will Remain, on Rekids seeing him team up with Riva Starr under their Star B moniker.
Ben Sims & Mark Broom’s ‘Circular Motion EP’ is released on Hardgroove on 16 December. It can be downloaded here.
