Dekmantel is marking its tenth anniversary with its largest festival to date, with more than 200 artists set to appear over ten full days of events, in venues across Amsterdam.
Running from 26 July to 4 August, the event will welcome appearances from legends such as Jeff Mills, Ron Trent, Helena Hauff, Goldie, Octave One, Luke Slater, Cari Lekebusch, Oscar Mulero, Bicep, Marcel Dettmann, Peter Hook and The Light and many more.
The first three days of the festival will take place at a new venue, Het HEM, a former ammunition factory in Zaandam, just outside the Dutch capital, while other venues will include Oude Kerk, Muziekgebouw and Amsterdamse Bos.
As a press release to announce the festival puts it, Dekmantel Ten is ‘a major milestone, one that grew out of an independent platform that’s always been dedicated to elevating forward-thinking music and culture.
‘Honouring the past while welcoming what’s to come is at the heart of Dekmantel’s philosophy, and the diverse range of artists on hand this year, whether they’re old-school legends or fresh-faced newcomers, embody that vision.’

Pre-registration tickets for Het HEM, Oude Kerk, the Aan Het IJ Wednesday programme as well as pre- registration weekend tickets (3-day or 4-day passes) and 10-day passes will be available from January 25. Regular ticket sales (subject to availability) will start on January 26.
