Long-standing dance publication Mixmag has opened an office in the Netherlands, announcing the launch of its first Dutch edition.
The new office adds to Mixmag’s global network, which also includes offices in the US, France, Mexico, Japan, Korea, India, Asia, Australia, Vietnam, Brazil, Central America and its UK headquarters.
Dutch producer Reinier Zonneveld graces the cover of its first Netherlands edition.
In a statement, Mixmag said, “Electronic music is in the DNA of Dutch culture and so it is now welcomed into the family for this epic next step. The Netherlands has not only bred countless globally renowned DJs and producers, but, naturally, the Dutch music scene is also rich with festivals focused on the genre, including Awakenings, Decibel, DGTL, Dekmantel, ITW, Milkshake, Shelter and many more.”
The publication has pledged to host a series of live streams and shows during this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event.
