Eddie Bizzarre continues his series of releases on Booka Shade‘s Blaufield Music with a new interpretation of The Shamen’s Move Any Mountain, which is set to land on 16 October.
The track reworks the original while retaining its core character, using ‘bubbly bass, skippy drums and flickering synth lines’ to give it a new dancefloor-friendly arrangement.
The approach is simple – “keep the vibe”, as Bizzarre puts it.
The single will precede Eddie Bizzarre’s debut album project, Club Bizzarre, which is scheduled for release through Blaufield Music on 30 October.
It follows on from three previous Eddie Bizzarre singles on Blaufield Music, including Count On You, which came out in July; A Love Bizarre, which landed in August; and last month’s Hold On.
The forthcoming album will bring together the ‘sounds, references and ideas that have surfaced across his three releases so far’, as a press release put it.
