Bloop Groop has announced it is partnering with French music technology company Arturia for a programme of electronic music events at The Digital Hub in Dublin on 18 September, which will form part of Culture Night 2026.

The programme, Bloop Groop X Arturia: Discover Electronic Music @ The Digital Hub, will run from 5pm to 10.30pm and will focus primarily on introducing beginners to electronic music and its technology.

The programme will include three talks, including a session on modular synthesis presented by YouTuber and synth educator Synthdad, entitled Everything you ever wanted to know about Modular Synths (but were afraid to ask).

In addition, the event will also feature a series of short live sets from five electronic musicians, covering different genres and age groups.

All events are free to attend, and while they are currently sold out, additional tickets are expected to be released closer to the date. If you’re interested in attending, join the waiting list here.

Elsewhere, Bloop Groop collaborator Éanna is set to host an electronic music education programme taking place at the National Concert Hall. Creativity With Electronic Sound will consist of three workshops held over three Monday evenings, and costs €45. More information is available here.
