LP Giobbi has released the third instalment in her Femme House compilation series, developed in partnership with Insomniac Records.
The Femme House Vol. 3 compilation, which features artists such as DJ Minx, Ultra Naté, Dee Diggs, J. Worra, Lena Leon, Sinca, Cristina Lazic, AAT, Philou, EMJIE, Barbara Nicole, Off in LALA, Mini Bear and MajestyOfDivinity, echoes the work undertaken by the Femme House initiative, co-founded by LP Giobbi, which supports women, gender-expansive, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ members of the music industry.
“Femme House and Insomniac coming together again is proof that when community and infrastructure align, real change happens,” she commented. “It’s about building a future where the dance floor reflects the full diversity of the people who belong on it. I’m honoured to share new music in a space that prioritises inclusion, creativity, and lifting up the next generation of artists.”
LP Giobbi teamed up with the Insomniac Discovery Project, an initiative that identifies emerging electronic music artists, ahead of the release, with MajestyOfDivinity earning a place on the compilation through this process, with the track Up In The Club.
Femme House will also hold its second Femmy Awards event during Miami Music Week, where Ultra Naté will receive the ‘Voice of House’ award. Previous recipients include Crystal Waters and Barbara Tucker.
Femme House Volume 3 is out now on Insomniac Records.
