Subject are kicking into 2025 in style with SYSTEM:1 – New Year’s Eve Warehouse Edition, set to take place in the heart of Dublin, at The Complex, Smithfield, on 31 December.
The former fruit warehouse/depot will play host to more than seven hours of top Irish talent on the night, across two rooms.
The Depot will be the venue for all things techno, with a lineup including Cailín [Subject] b2b Řitual [Tanz Tracks], Aero [Planet Rhythm] b2b Shannen Blessing [Rathaus], Giles Armstrong [Electric City] and Billy Spike IIland [Subject/Syncopated Records], al powered by an L-Acoustics soundsystem, with dynamically positioned stacks to create an immersive dancefloor-focused audio experience.
Elsewhere, upstairs in the Cooler Room, an ambient/chillout space will be soundtracked by Paul Chillage [Xfm] and a DJ/live ambient set from techno hero Fran Hartnett [SCART]. This room will also feature bean bags and yoga mats for additional comfort.
