Ian Pooley set to drop ‘Studio A Pt. 2’ on Radio Slave’s Rekids in February

Legendary producer Ian Pooley is set to unveil the second in a three-part series of music based around his studio, Studio A Pt. 2, on Radio Slave’s Rekids imprint in early February.

The four-track EP is set to be launched on 11 February, and kicks off with the the fluttering synths and warped vocal samples of JV Organ & Matrix, which is followed by a ‘Version 2‘ of the same track.

On the flip side, the hard hitting Back Up is followed by a classic cut of razor-sharp house, 101202, while an additional stripped back digital ‘Beats Bass‘ version of Back Up closes proceedings.

Active since the early 90s, the German DJ/producer has released on the likes of Force Inc, V2 Records, and his own Pooledmusic, remixing for the likes of Deee-Lite, Carl Cox and many more, as well as being one of the few to be remixed by Daft Punk.

Ian Pooley Studio A Pt. 2 drops 11 February 2022 on Rekids.

Tracklist

A1 – JV Organ & Matrix
A2 – JV Organ & Matrix (Version 2)
