Joseph Capriati drops second instalment of ‘Metamorfosi’ remixes
Producers including Anna, Carl Cox, François K, Mathew Jonson, and Sterac have all contributed to the second instalment of Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi Remixes series.
Released on Redimension on 30 April, the release sees Cox offer two reworks of Capriati’s Goa, while Anna delivers her take on Sprit Brothers, and Francois K offers a downtime dub version of New Horizons, , featuring James Senese.
Matthew Jonson ups the tempo on his remix of Love Changed Me, featuring Eric Kupper and Byron Stingily, while Sterac delivers two Italo-infused reworks of New Horizons. You can order the EP here.
The release follows on from Metamorfosi Remixes Vol. 1, which was released at the start of April, and saw DJ Stingray, Frank Wiedemann & Toto Chiavetta, Gaetano Parisio, Oxia, and Sterac offer their takes on the tracks Psychic Journey, Love Changed Me, Anything Is Possible and Beautiful Morning.
A total of four volumes are planned, which will culminate later this year with a limited edition vinyl package.
