If these long winter nights are starting to get you down, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy has just the tonic this coming Saturday, with a five-hour Cosmodelica virtual dance party.
Blending soul, funk, disco, Balearic, psyche, house and techno, and backed by some serious visual production, it’s certain to put some pep in your lockdown step.
“The Cosmodelica House Parties are as real as a party can get at the moment,” says Murphy, who heads up both the Cosmodelica and Balearic Breakfast shows on Worldwide FM. “People from all over the world dress up, make special cocktails and hang out collectively in their own Zooms dancing the night away. It feels so special to have the Cosmodelica global community come together and experience the full five hours, as they would on the real dance floor.
“We’ve worked hard to bring a live psychedelic visual feast to accompany the eclectic musical trip and look forward to sharing it with you all.”
