Like techno? Planning a Friday night in? You won’t want to miss this…

Every now and then, a night of programming comes along that makes you decide to skip the whole ‘pub-club-afterparty’ axis and have a night in.

Tonight is one of those nights, especially if you’re into techno… Berlin-style.

As part of the Red Bull Music Festival Berlin, Arte TV will be broadcasting live from Funkhaus Berlin, from 8pm to 9.30am (CET), with a special programme dedicated to three decades of electronic music, entitled ’30 Jahre Techno’.

And the lineup is nothing short of exceptional.

Artists set to appear across two stages during the 13-hour programming, on two separate channels, include DJ Hell, Underground Resistance, DJ Rush, Dr. Motte, Miss Kittin, Nina Kraviz, Mijk van Dijk, Thomas Kehlmann, Steffi, Radio Slave, Depth Charge, Acid Maria, Matthew Jonson, Westbam, and a myriad of others.

The lineup for the Catwalk Stage is as follows:

21.00 – Thomas Fehlmann (Live)
22.00 – Mor Elian
23.00 – Mijk van Dijk (Live)
00.00 – Dr. Motte

04.00 – Jennifer Cardini
05.00 – Steffi

…while the equally sensational Werkstatt Stage features:

As for 909originals’ plans for the evening… well, we’re off to a late night showing of the Hitchcock classic, Rope. But after that… 🙂
