Another day, another two matches in the Eurodance 2021 competition, the first of which sees Culture Beat’s Mr Vain take on Captain Hollywood Project’s More and More.
Taken from Culture Beat’s second album, Serenity, Mr Vain topped the charts in most of Europe upon its release in 1993 – in the UK, it was notably the first No. 1 to not be released on the declining 7″ single format. Captain Hollywood Project’s More And More, which featured lyrics by frontman Tony Dawson-Harrison (aka Captain Hollywood), was arguably the German eurodance group’s biggest hit.
